Anna is a veteran in the world of recruitment, having worked in a variety of companies around the world, mainly focusing on managerial and leadership positions for major multinationals. Natalia swapped a career as a Safety Engineer for a career in IT recruitment and, boy are we happy she did! Joanna (Asia to her friends) hails from the Beskid mountains and claims to be able to handle any conditions. A trained journalist, Asia found her true calling in the world of IT recruitment and hasn’t looked back since. Relentlessly focused, Asia takes pride in forging positive relationships with her colleagues and laying the groundwork for mutually beneficial outcomes for top tech talent and recruiters.

Gabriela (Gabi) began her career within the HR department but quickly discovered that her true calling is recruitment and sourcing. Her heart always races when she finds the perfect match between a candidate and a job opportunity. Willing to develop new skills and explore the mysteries of the tech and IT world, Gabi joined the MOTIFE team as an IT Sourcing Specialist.

Magdalena (Magda) is an experienced HR professional whose ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to handle many tasks simultaneously has earned her the unofficial title of ‘Multitasking Mother of MOTIFE’. She is responsible for all HR-related projects and processes for our clients, as well as internally at MOTIFE, where she also runs our employer branding activities.

Nicolas is MOTIFE’s marketing ninja and has experience working with some of the world’s leading B2C and B2B brands. Born in France but living in Krakow for more than a decade, he handles all things related to communication, growth, social media, website, and recruitment marketing. He also leads the creation of MOTIFE’s flagship publication, the Krakow IT Market Report.

Marta studied law and worked as a lawyer before moving into the world of HR operations. Today, she combines her experience in both fields to advise and support MOTIFE clients on HR-related matters. Marta firmly believes that a strong business starts with good people and is passionate about applying people-oriented approaches to her work.

Anna is responsible for all things related to Finance, starting from simple processes (AP & AR) through to financial statements needed for official submissions. She’s appreciated by clients and colleagues alike for her warm and succinct way of explaining complicated financial matters and regulations. We say “there's no reason to fear Finance when Anna's around”.

Marcelina, joined MOTIFE as a recruiter and has shifted her career towards marketing. She currently works in the marketing team, developing skills in SEO, content creation, marketing automation and both inbound and outbound marketing techniques. On a daily basis she is also responsible for MOTFIE's social media content.

Hobbies/interests: hiking in the Tatra mountains, relaxing with a good book

Anna is responsible for keeping MOTIFE’s finances in order and does this from ‘down under’. Originally from Poland and now based in Australia, Anna is living proof that remote work can work for any role and across any distance. In addition to looking after MOTIFE’s numbers, Anna also serves as Finance Controller for the Polish entities of several MOTIFE clients.

Martyna oversees all office affairs, from organizing MOTIFE events to fostering integration among the team and handling gifts and other special initiatives. She is a busy team member as we do many different types of events and social activities. Martyna creates a friendly and professional atmosphere at work.

Hobbies/interests: psychology, participating in charitable events, exploring music, and the Czech culture

Michał is a Cracovian to the core and a ‘software geek turned CEO’. Together with the management team, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of MOTIFE. In addition to providing leadership and guidance across the company, Michał is active in sales and regularly consults with MOTIFE clients to help them achieve their growth and business goals.

Dawid co-founded MOTIFE with Michał. An experienced leader and consultant who has helped software companies from the US and Scandinavia build high-performing software-development teams, Dawid lives and breathes digital and is driven to help clients solve their business problems using digital products and services.
